Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, Keke Luna does not accept returns or exchanges.
However, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do everything we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at keke@kekeluna.com.
We will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis, such as if a product arrives damaged or defective. To request a refund, please email us within 15 days of purchase. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
