Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at keke@kekeluna.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
