Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
At Keke Luna, we strive to provide flexible and transparent purchasing options. However, due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, purchase option cancellations are limited.
Subscription or Prepaid Orders
If you’ve selected a subscription or prepaid bundle:
• You may cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle by contacting us at keke@kekeluna.com.
• Cancellations made after a billing cycle has begun will apply to the following cycle. We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods.
One-Time Purchases
Once a one-time purchase is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Custom or Limited Edition Products
Custom, seasonal, or limited edition items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once purchased.
Order Modifications
If you need to update your shipping address or product selection, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after this window.
